Two carefully restored old rural houses protected by a centuries-old oak grove and wild hedgerows. Excursions can be organised on foot or by mountain bike with nature guides and experts of the local area to explore routes of historical and cultural interest. In the immediate vicinity is the Nature Park of Sasso Simone, the Monastery of Montefiorentino, the historic Parish Church of Carpegna, and the localities of Carpegna and Frontino, both within walking distance.
