Located near the medieval town of Morrovalle between the Appenin
Mountains and the Adriatic Sea in the Marche Region of Central
Italy, San Nicolino is a 15th Century villa overlooking the
Chienti Valley. Its unobstructed position allows for spectacular
views of the Sibillini Mountains just an hours drive away
while the sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea can be reached
within 15 minutes thanks to a four lane highway just two kilometers
from the villa.

Auf der Hochebene in der Naehe der kleinen mittelalterlichen
Stadt Morrovalle, zwischen den Sibillini Berge und der Adria,
befindet sich das Landhaus San Nicolino (15. Jh). Von hier
geniesst man eine Aussicht die Sibillini Berge, die eine Stunde
mit dem Auto entfernt sind. Die Adria 15 Minuten mit dem Auto,
