The villa is situated in the hills about 3 km from the city
Pesaro ( 250 m a.s.l.). The wonderful country house ,built
in the 17th century, has still frescoes from Nicolo' Berrettoni
and is surrounded by a park. The sea, sport facilities and
riding-track are nearby the villa.

Die Villa liegt in den Huegeln, ungefaehr 3 Km von der Stadt
Pesaro entfernt (250 M u.d.M.). In dem schoenen Landhaus,
aus dem 17 Jh., befinden sich noch heute Fresken von Nicolo'
Berrettoni. Ein grosser Park umgibt die Villa. Das Meer, Sportanlage
und Reitbahn befinden sich in der Naehe.
